List: Beauty Products I can't Live Without.

As you all know, I'm a creature of habit.
I rarely stray from my daily routine and I am always a loyal user of my favorite products.
I mean, it took me 26 years to find these babies, why would I want to cheat on them?!
Recently, my professor gave us a cliché exercise.
If you were to be stranded on an island, what three things would you bring?
Well, I like a list of 10 and I'm changing the topic to "beauty products" you would bring.

Beauty Products that I can't live without.

1.  OGX Coconut Oil
I love the strength this gives my hair while leaving it soft and not oily.  Perfection!

2.  Up & Up Sensitive Skin Facial Mositurizer
I gave my review of this product here.  My original love was Neutrogena, but this was less costly.

3.  Clinque Stay Matte Foundation
I have very oily skin.  This product helps keep it under control with the coverage I need!

4.  Dove Sensitive Skin Soap
When my fiance got a different brand, I was punished with an allergic reaction and 2 rounds of steroids.

5.  Rimmel ScandalEyes Retroglam Mascara
My lashes are long and this mascara gives great volume without giving me creepy length.

6.  Almay Oil Free Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Pads
I've tried other brands, but this one is perfect.  There's no oily residue and your lashes feel clean.

7.  Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blush & Bronzer
This doesn't give me pimples or a reaction and it makes my skin look alive.  Love it!

8.  Vaseline Intensive Care Moisturizer
I have one in my vanity at home and one at my desk at work.  It keeps my skin soft and glowing.

9.  Johnson’s Baby Oil
I apply an exaggerated amount onto my feet every morning.  No dry heels for me!

10.  Maybelline Baby Lips in Grape Vine
I apply this every day several times a day.  You'll find one in my bag, my desk, and my house!

What are your go to beauty products?

  1. I tend to change things up every few months. I get too used to it and feel like I stop seeing the effects. My makeup never, ever changes though!

I use the intensive care one every now and then when I have to go outside in the cold and get stupid dry skin. I know the shame, not manly lol

    1. Omg, that was AWFUL!!! I had to take two rounds of steroids and was a raging bi-otch because of it. At least my man learned his lesson real quick with that one. haha

Intensive care you say?? Is that a Dove product?? I'm impressed!!!! Do you still rock the coconut milk shampoo??? :)

    2. The vasilene intensive care is what I use and I use the dove soap as well. Haven't used the coconut milk stuff in a while though.

  4. Besides head and shoulders shampoo, I don't have anything I have to get for hygiene. I'm not picky on which bodywash or deodorant I get.

    1. The coconut oil is great! I have been using it for years. Actually, my little mushy was getting dry hair and split ends from laying on it all day. I used a little teeny, tiny dot and it made such a difference for her. It's great!

  6. I use this shampoo called Clear. You recommended the sulfate free shampoos.. I think this one is sulfate free too (I think), but it is specifically for dandruff.. and Head & Shoulders and Selsun Blue stinko in my opinion as far as irritating your scalp.

    1. Sulfate free shampoos are the best because they don't harm the follicle. Oh, Jimmy, I am so proud that my hair advice stuck with you all these years!!!!! Totally made my day!!! :) :) :) :)

  7. I'm obsessed with Dove too, and I always have all their showergels that are available at the market :) Currently eight of them :) But I hate the antialergic greenish one that they had without paraben because it had the nasties of smells :(

    1. I use them everyday! They really are perfect. I love how they don't leave that slippery residue most make up removers leave on your face. Bleh!

  13. If I were stranded on an island I would definitely agree with you on the soap and the baby lips. Soap so we could be clean and the baby lips to keep my lips from drying out. I think I would also have to definitely have some spf, I burn so easily. Then maybe a camera and and some books? That is if we are including nonbeauty product items in our list.

  14. Oh, I'm excited for a new mascara recommendation! I've been looking for a new one to try, so will definitely check that one out.

I use organic coconut oil for everything! I use it to remove my make-up and wash my face, I put it on my hands and feet, I use it for shaving and after shaving...I need to buy some stock in that stuff :)
